Patient of Chronic Renal Failure, underwent transplantation of kidney and after few years even transplanted kidney got failed. Patient of 44 years had high creatinine at 13.65, with anaemic condition, HBsAg positive with viral load of over 21,000 IU/ml. with 9-10 months of treatment gradually his creatinine came down to 6.5 and HBsAg became negative and anaemic condition also went off.
