Pemphigus is an autoimmune condition which is considered as one of the most difficult diseases to cure in dermatology which has only steroids as an answer. Patient staying in slums near Mehsana started with this offensively smelling skin disorder. Within one month of medicines only the offensively smelling discharges stopped and healing started.
