Case of Uncontrolled Diabetes {450mg/dl & above} with Ulcer (Carbuncle)[Nov’16] Mr. A. Rana, Vadodara, 69/Male
This retired patient of triple vessel disease has a big carbuncle on his back as a part of his uncontrolled blood sugar for which he is taking insulin. Within 1 week of starting the medicines, his carbuncle has started reducing drastically and now his fasting blood sugar remains all time normal instead of high even with the comparatively lower doses of insulin.
