A 49 years old female having a c/o pain with numbness in both hands especially on fingers, pain in joints since 3-4 years, difficulty in standing and sitting position, pain in lower abdomen, small tumor present on right side of neck in CT scan lymph nodes in superficial lobe of right parotid gland present and in cytology of lymph node granulomatous lymph node cells seen.
