Patient was admitted due to severe pain in abdomen and oliguria. Creatinine levels had increased with signs and reports showing cholecystitis due to gall stone. Hospitalisation was aggravating her complaints. After starting the treatment she started eating well, with removal of oedema all over body and creatinine levels improving…Patient is improving day by day…
